It was so easy and seamless working with Todd from TKO inspections. We went under contract and when I submitted my form he reached out within a couple hours, and I was able to get my inspection scheduled the next day. He was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions during inspection. I would not hesitate to use him again; his report was thorough and he made sure to document everything and inform us of what needed addressed vs is cosmetic.
