He pointed out quite a few small issues, and a couple big ones, and because I felt he was so thorough with the inspection, I feel pretty confident that there won't be any other big surprises once I finally get the keys. I really liked that he makes use of a thermal imaging camera to make sure that all the appliances are working correctly (fridge, freezer, oven, and the water temp for the clothes washer) and he also used it to check out the crawlspace in the basement to make sure there weren't any issues there. read less - 5/24/2021
